Pretend City deal for 1 year olds

On the last page of OC Family magazine is an ad for Pretend City. It says that all 1 year olds are free for the week of 8/23-8/27. I went to the website and nothing is posted there about it. Normally the admission is $11 per child over 12 months and $11 for adult.
